The trip started out good... After talking to an airport cop, I was able to find the notorious Larry Craig sex bathroom.

The first stop is to the city of Arnehem to visit with some close friends and help open up there gallery/shop.

After getting all settled in i made a short trip to Nijmegen. To see one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands. In Nijmegen I found Saint Stevens Cathedral built in 1245. I am not a religious man, but the paintings, architecture and hand lettering were something worth checking out. This was a very busy and beautiful city, I walked around it for hours till i finally came to the river Waal.

It has been to long. To long for not getting as excited and inspired with design. It has been to long with out being in an environment that embraces culture. Time to go to The Netherlands, I will be in Holland for six weeks working and learning. Get excited there will be a lot of updates...

Bridge Collapses

Yesterday (Aug 1st) at 6:05 pm the major highway bridge crossing the Mississippi River collapsed. I was working at a studio 2 blocks away from this bridge.

I took a few pictures.

I first have to say how nice this past weekend was, it was so nice because it was in the mid seventies. Then out of no were the weather changed to this snow, in the middle of the day it started to snow. All tho the snow only lasted for 15 minutes it was still nice to see from my warm 9th floor studio. It all reminded me of fun times in Canada. So technically fall in Minneapolis was only two weeks long this year, to bad, i really love autumn.
